Quality Surveys
To determine that the ship's tanks and/or shore tanks, and the products/Commodities, etc. meet specific quality parameters, including visual inspections, representative sampling and/or laboratory analysis .
Quantity Surveys
To determine the quantity loaded/ discharged/ transferred by measurement and calculation on board vessels and in shore tanks, including stock audits of storage installations .
Loss control
Liquid cargo contamination, loading/out-turn dispute investigations and loss control attendance for the monitoring of loading/discharging/transferring or preventative consultations ;
ROB Surveys
To determine the quantity of liquid remaining in tanks associated pipes and pumps after discharge.

Petroleum and By-Products Inspections
ESECA TECHNICAL BUREAU VESSELS INSPECTION LLC can provide survey, inspection and supervision of all petroleum, petrochemical and chemical cargoes, including pre-shipment inspections, quality and quantity surveys, as well as tanker/tank barge loading and/or discharging.
Bunker Surveys
To establish the quantity, and/or the quality of bunkers on board at time of on/off-hire, inventory control and/or on bunkering, including barge and/or shore tank verification, and sampling as required .
Intermodal Tank Equipment
Inspection and quantity measurement of road and rail tankers and tank containers can be provided.
Edible Oils and Fats
ESECA TECHNICAL BUREAU VESSELS INSPECTION LLC can provide full supervision during loading/discharging including ship and shore tank inspections, take representative samples and determine the quality and quantity loaded/discharged. Clients are kept fully informed of the progress of the operation and are promptly provided with all required documentation as requested.
